The role
Lead complex engagements end to end — scoping, technical delivery and client relationships — and mentor the testing team as we grow.
What you’ll do
- Own engagements from scoping through delivery, debrief and retest.
- Lead infrastructure, cloud and application assessments, including multi-week projects.
- Act as the trusted technical advisor for key client accounts.
- Review reports for quality and mentor junior and mid-level testers.
- Shape our testing methodology and help define new service lines.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years in offensive security consulting or an equivalent in-house role.
- Depth in at least two of: web applications, internal/external infrastructure, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience presenting findings to technical and executive audiences.
- A track record of mentoring or leading other testers.
- Right to work in the UK or an EU country.
Nice to have
- CREST CCT, OSCE3, CISSP or equivalent senior certification.
- Red team or adversary-simulation experience.
- Pre-sales and scoping experience.
